Cílem dílny je postavit vícekanálovou zvukovou instalaci přímo pro daný prostor. V průběhu tří dní budou účastníci sbírat zvukové nahrávky a instalovat na místa reproduktory, které budou vzájemně propojené v prostředí PureData. Dílna se zaměřuje na práci se zvukovými nahrávkami, vytváření zvuků v reálném čase s kontaktními mikrofony či hydrofony, objevování audio lokací. Na závěr uspořádáme prezentaci či performanci a představíme zvukovou instalaci v reálném čase. Pokud je možné, přineste si vlastní laptop s audio programy či mp3 přehrávače.

The main concept of the workshop is to build up a site-specific multichannel sound installation. During the three day long workshop, the participants would find exact locations to collect field recordings and to install speakers to that spots. The speakers will be connected to each other in PureData environment to replace the sounds to different speakers in different locations. In the end of the venue we would hold a presentation or performance to introduce the sound installation in real time. During the workshop we will focus on how to working with field recordings, to make sounds in real time with contact microphones, hydrophones; solder cables, discover audio locations…we would invite you to work together on a sound installation.
- Workshop structure
Discover the museum, collect field recordings/ build up your own instruments on the desired locations, process the samples, build up the installation, presentation.
- Materials
Microphone and hydrophone will be provided by the invited artists as well as computers, but if it is possible please bring your own laptop with audio programs, or Mp3 players for each participants. Other materials will be available on the spot.

Finished studies in the Hungarian University of Fine Arts in 2009. Sound installations, performances, audio-visual projects. Members of the experimental electro-acoustic group Besorolas Alatt.
